Supermarket, pharmacy, shops, bars and restaurants are nearby The kitchen is full equipped.Air conditioning, heating, free internet wifi. Check in is from 2,00 pm to 8,00 pm, check out is before 11,00am. -If you need check in before 2,00 pm or check out later than 11,00am , this will be possible if there are no guests arriving or departing on the same day. Very Important: -For late arrivals after 8,00 pm, please make arrangements with the owner in advance. -Venice Tourist Tax (VTT): € 4,00 per person per night; children under ten years of age are free, children aged 10 to 16 years benefit from a reduction.
